Notes

About. Vantor (formerly Maxar Intelligence) sells new WorldView satellite collections through the Vantor Hub APIs: a Tasking V2 API for FastView (collection guaranteed within 24 hours of a chosen start) and FlexView (cloud, angle and sun limits) 2D imagery, WorldView 3D elevation products, and limited-release WorldView Radar tasking of Umbra SAR. Requests need an end-use code, quotes reserve account credits, and by default tasked imagery joins Vantor's public catalogue unless the account has private tasking.

Price. Docs: 'A usage quote is calculated when a request is submitted... Account credits are reserved'; unused credits are released; tasking minimum 50 km², maximum 1000 km²; Umbra radar priced per 5 km x 5 km scene by resolution and dwell. Vantor's Hub page says 'credits model with transparent pricing' and 'One subscription, unlimited seats'; no dollar figures were found.

Coverage. Docs list 'high demand' countries where tasking is harder: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Benin, China (East), Colombia, Congo, Cyprus, Ecuador, Gabon, Gaza Strip, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, North Korea, Nigeria, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Syria, Taiwan, Togo, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, West Bank, Yemen. Requests can be DENIED by Vantor headquarters. Radar needs Point AOIs and an enabled account.

Timing. FastView: 'Within 24 hours of the requested start time, an image will be collected' (start 8 hours to 14 days out); delivery after capture is not stated.

Licence. Tasked imagery is added to Vantor's public catalogue by default; 'private tasking' (only the ordering account can see it, not resold or archived) is a sales-enabled option. Each request carries a required end-use code (e.g. AGR, COM, DNI, USG). Vantor publishes licence documents (internal use, subscription services, display media, fedgov and others) at vantor.com/resources/, which were not read, so resale, AI training and ownership are left unstated.
