About. The Finnish Meteorological Institute publishes much of its data as open data through OGC WFS and WMS services. The keyless WFS at opendata.fmi.fi offers stored queries for observations (weather stations, mareographs, lightning, air quality, magnetometers and more) alongside forecasts and radar; the data are licensed CC BY 4.0, which also covers the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority's data and air-quality data in the service.

Price. The open data page says data can be downloaded "in machine-readable format free of charge". No key was needed in the live call.

Coverage. The pages read describe Finnish Meteorological Institute data; geographic extent of each stored query is not listed there.

Timing. Open data manual: "Download Services provide a continuous online access to the most up-to-date data, implemented using OGC Web Feature Service (WFS)."

Licence. Licence page: "The Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0) shall be used by the Finnish Meteorological Institute's open data service. The license shall apply to the FMI's and the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority's open data sets as well as air quality data sets that are stored in the open data web-service." The WFS page says "User must accept Creative Commons license before using the open data service interfaces." The terms read do not mention AI training or resale by name.
